I moved to coastal Orange County over 30 years ago, and somewhere between the harbor walks, the Lantern District dinners, and watching this community grow, it became home. My three children grew up here. My grandchildren visit here. My roots are real, and they are the foundation of everything I do.

I have been a licensed Realtor for more than 12 years, with over $250 million in sales across Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano. Credentials only tell part of the story. I know this coast the way a long-term resident knows it: which neighborhoods are shifting before listings reflect it, the difference between a view that photographs beautifully and one you will still love at 6 PM on a Tuesday in January, and the local vendors who will not let you down.

 

I am active in the Aventura Yacht Club, Dana Point Women's Club, and South Orange County Delta Gamma Alumnae chapter, and I serve on the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce. These are where I spend my time, which means client relationships often start before anyone is ready to list or search.

 

My approach is direct. I will tell you when a home is priced wrong, when timing matters, and when the market is not in your favor. I will also tell you when it is, and how to position for it. What I am most proud of is that most clients come back, and most send people they love.
