Hi, I am Susan Chase

I have lived in coastal South Orange County for over thirty years. Everything else about how I work as a Realtor follows from it.

 

I moved here young and stayed because the coast got into me. The way Salt Creek looks at six in the morning. The way Saturday at the harbor feels like a small town. The places I sell are the places I shop, walk, eat, and raise a life. That is not marketing copy. That is the fact of my Monday.

 

I became a Realtor twelve years ago, almost by accident. Friends started asking what was happening in the neighborhoods I knew. Which streets held value. Where the next pocket would turn. The questions kept coming, the answers kept being useful, and at some point, I went and got the license to make it official.

 

Since then I have closed over $250 million across Dana Point, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano. The transactions I am proudest of are not the biggest dollar figures. They are the ones where the family ended up in the right house for the right reasons.

 

The work I do best is for clients who care about getting the next thirty years right, not the next ninety days. Luxury buyers. Sellers preparing to downsize. Families relocating from LA or the Bay Area. Longtime residents thinking through their next chapter. Quiet luxury. Less about price tags, more about getting the life right.

 

Outside of selling homes, I sit on the board of the Dana Point Chamber of Commerce. I am also active in the Aventura Yacht Club, the Dana Point Women's Club, and the South Orange County Delta Gamma Alumnae chapter. These are where I spend my time, which means by the time most clients reach out, I already know someone who knows the right person.
